Deep Bed Air Scrubber (DBS)

The RECO Deep Bed Scrubber (DBS) is designed to absorb soluble gases from the airstream and then transfer the pollutants to the liquid phase to neutralize or destroy them. Deep Bed Scrubbers are used in areas where there are high contaminant gas levels and provide more effective protection against environmentally induced corrosions in hostile environments. Each odor control air scrubber can deliver G1 into the space it is protecting according to the environmental standard definition set by the instrument Society of America (ISA).

Deep Bed Scrubber Advantages

  • Media Selection: Custom selection of up to 36 inches of different chemisorbant media, depending on the corrosive gases present in the environment.
  • Economical: Design allows for higher airflow rates and higher efficiencies at lower CFM costs.
  • System Compatibility: Designed to sit outside the space to be potted. The deep bed air scrubber delivers clean pressurization air to RECO recirculation systems, side access systems, or HVAC equipment.
  • Local Service: Our global network of experienced representatives provides a comprehensive service program to support each system in the field.
