High efficiency Pleated Polypropylene Filter cartridges are made with 100% polypropylene or acrylic bonded glass microfiber with welded end caps. To ensure zero bypasses, the high-efficiency filter pleated cartridge is constructed of one piece up to 40” long. High-efficiency filter pleated cartridges meet FDA Title 21 for food and beverage processes. All filter cartridges are tested to guarantee a consistent and high efficient product. Cartridges are produced in a clean room environment. If needed, a final rinse of 18 megaohm water can be ordered for a cartridge.
